Returns & Refund Policy
 

You have 7 days from the despatch of your order to return your purchase for a refund by post together with your receipt and despatch note as proof of purchase.

Any item being returned must be unused and in its original condition (including packaging ). If you use the item or its not in its original condition, you will lose your right to return the goods under our returns policy.
 

Delivery and return costs are not refundable.

Damages 

If your order is damaged when you receive it, the quickest and easiest way to return it is to complete the Contact Us form providing the Order Number and details of damaged item(s), including several photos of the damage. We will  try our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Exchanges

We're sorry but we can't offer an exchange as part of our returns process for items purchased online.  This is purely because every item on our website is unique and a one off !

If you are returning something and want another product, you will need to place a new order online for the item you require. Your new order will be sent to you directly and we will process your return as soon as we receive it.

 

Returning by Post 

Please follow the postal instruction in the returns section at the bottom of the despatch note.

1. include the following information with the return:

   • Name, Billing address and a contact telephone number

   • Email address 

   • Order number 

   • A brief description of the item

   • Reason for return using the following codes:

     • Faulty

     • Incorrect item delivered

     • Other 

Repack the item as securely as possible and send it to:

Make sure you obtain a proof of postage. Returns sent by post are at your own cost.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return and will refund you through your original payment method. Please remember this process can take your bank or credit card company up to 15 days.
